At St. Alban’s we hope that parents will feel that they are welcomed in school and that they can easily arrange to see someone if they have any concerns or worries. If you are worried about anything, please do not hesitate to come and see us in school. There is a leaflet below which may also be helpful to you.
We also like to know what we are getting right and what areas parents would like us to work on to make our school even better. Parents can, and often do tell us informally about these things but can also use for formal opportunites such as parents evenings or parent surveys.
Parents can also do this through “Parent View”. This is available via the Ofsted website and is the new way for parents to let Ofsted know their views. Inspections are now arranged at very short notice so Ofsted will use this facility to find out what parents think, in addition to the information they will collect while inspecting.

Remember, if you have any concerns, come and talk us in school. In the unlikely event of a complaint please see below for guidance. The full complaints procedure is available on the Useful Documents section.
