Terms and Conditions
Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions for bookings with Breakfast and After School Club:
All bookings need to be made before 6pm at the latest the day before the date (s) that you require.
To ensure the correct staff ratios, unfortunately we cannot accept on the day bookings.
Breakfast and After School Club require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and/or refunds for all bookings.
Any bookings that have been made using the partial payment option need to ensure that their balances are paid on the 1st of each month to secure the booking (s).
If accounts fall into a minus, the online system is not able to process any further bookings.
If you require a refund, please contact the school office to discuss.
